We offer 1-Day and Next Day UPS shipping to help your dog as fast as possible.

We understand that fast delivery is a top priority, especially when your dog needs support as soon as possible. At Tailwindpets, we share that urgency and always do our best to prepare and ship your order quickly.

We offer fast express shipping options, including 1-Day and Next Day UPS Delivery on eligible orders. Depending on your location and the option selected at checkout, delivery can take as little as 1 business day once the carrier picks up the finished product.

We also offer UPS, FedEx, and DHL express shipping options, which usually take 1–2 business days after carrier pickup.

We would gladly prepare and ship orders over the weekend, but unfortunately shipping carriers do not process pickups or deliveries on weekends, which is why weekends do not count as business days.

Please note that this is not always the total lead time. The full time from placing your order to receiving it depends on the product ordered and whether production or preparation time is required.

Standard sizes usually require no production time when they are in stock and can often be prepared for dispatch quickly. Hinged braces, custom-made items, and certain orthopedic products may require 1–2 business days of preparation or production time before shipping.

We always do everything in our power to reduce preparation time and get your order to you as fast as possible.

While we work hard to keep products in stock and avoid delays, unforeseen carrier delays, stock changes, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To ensure fast processing and shipping, all orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment system shortly after being placed.

You may edit or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

After 30 minutes, your order is considered final and will be processed for shipment. At that point, no changes or cancellations are possible.

If you miss the 30-minute window and no longer want the product, you may still be eligible to return it in accordance with our [Return Policy].

This policy is in line with industry standards and helps us deliver your orders as quickly as possible.
