• We recommend using a soft measuring tape or string. If you don’t have one, you may use a string and measure it with a ruler later.
  
   
• Measure with a snug TIGHT fit due to the neoprene being stretchable

How to use  

Pull up the brace until it fully covers the knee area. Take the fastening strap, place it under the abdomen and over the back and fasten the velcro on the outer side. Make sure that there is some pressure but don't forget about the natural position of the knee.

At Tailwind, we know how important it is to receive your order quickly, especially when your dog needs support as soon as possible.

That’s why we offer fast UPS shipping options, including Next Day UPS Delivery on eligible orders. Once your order is ready and picked up by UPS, delivery can take as little as 1 business day, depending on the option selected at checkout and your location.

We also offer UPS shipping options that usually arrive within 1–2 business days after pickup.

Please note: delivery time starts once UPS has received the package. Some products may require production or preparation time before shipping, depending on the item ordered. We always do everything possible to prepare and ship your order as quickly as we can.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To ensure fast processing and shipping, all orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment system shortly after being placed.

You may edit or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

After 30 minutes, your order is considered final and will be processed for shipment. At that point, no changes or cancellations are possible.

If you miss the 30-minute window and no longer want the product, you may still be eligible to return it in accordance with our [Return Policy].

This policy is in line with industry standards and helps us deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

 How to return an order from Tailwind?

You have 30 days from the order date to make a return. You can return the product you do not want as long as it is in good condition.

Custom made items and hinge splints are not returnable since they are custom made for each customer.

Customers must bear the cost of shipping products back to us for either a refund or return. We do not offer return labels so the following information must be followed for us to offer a refund.
