We understand that timely delivery is a top priority for our customers, and at Tailwindpets, we share the same commitment to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. That's why we always strive to use the fastest shipping method available to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.

We offer UPS/FEDEX/DHL Express Shipping 1-2 business days. Your product should take 1-2 business days once the carrier picks up the finished product. Please note that this is not the total lead time. The time we receive your order to when you have it at your doorsteps will depend on each product and their production time which is stated in the product description of each item. We do everything in our power to get it to you faster.

We encourage you not to be discouraged if your order takes a little longer than expected. We always try to maintain adequate stock of our products to minimize production delays, but unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping delays beyond our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To ensure fast processing and shipping, all orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment system shortly after being placed.

You may edit or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

After 30 minutes, your order is considered final and will be processed for shipment. At that point, no changes or cancellations are possible.

If you miss the 30-minute window and no longer want the product, you may still be eligible to return it in accordance with our [Return Policy].

This policy is in line with industry standards and helps us deliver your orders as quickly as possible.
